| LuggageHero | 5.25 euros a day or 1.29 euros an hour at Gare du Nord; 72 hours maximum | Hourly payment possible | Just a few hours |
A general comparison says "from 5 euros a day per bag" for Nannybag, City Locker, Bounce and Stasher: these are headline prices that vary with bag size.
How to choose
For an early arrival or a late departure, choose the point nearest the station where you take your train, not your hotel. For a few hours between two visits, LuggageHero's hourly payment avoids paying for a full day. For several days between two stages, check the maximum storage time: it is 72 hours at LuggageHero.
Questions to settle before booking
Check the opening hours of the drop-off point (some close early), the maximum size accepted per bag, insurance and what is forbidden (valuables, perishable food). Keep your passport, tickets and medication with you. Have the booking code ready, on paper or offline.
Other solutions
Stations have their own left-luggage services and so do airports: see our guides to Paris stations and trains and Paris airports for locations. If you arrive from the airport with a lot of luggage, a private transfer to your hotel is simpler than crossing Paris by metro with suitcases; to sleep near the station, see our hotels near Gare du Nord.
