How to choose
- Small budget: the Mosque hammam, with a scrub and a short massage; women's and men's hours differ by day, so confirm them before you go.
- After a long walk: a one-hour treatment in a neighbourhood spa, booked the day before.
- As a couple: ask for a duo treatment in a private room; hotel spas often offer it by reservation.
- Palace spa: pool access is sometimes reserved for hotel guests or tied to a treatment; ask when you book.
- Hotel with a spa: see hotels with a jacuzzi and spa in Paris.
Tips
Bring a swimsuit for mixed hammams and pools. Arrive fifteen minutes before your treatment. Tipping is not compulsory: see paying in Paris.
