Le Grand Véfour reopened in spring 2026 under chef Bruno Doucet and the Paris Society banner, in the same listed décor facing the Palais-Royal gardens; it is no longer the two-star restaurant of the Guy Martin era but serves a more generous French cuisine, with no stated ambition for Michelin recognition.
