Codes: the honest answer

  • No code to give you: if a public code ever appears, it will be on this page.
  • Coupon sites: they mostly list expired or invented codes. A code that does not work wastes your time.
  • Automatic discount: if an activity has a discount, it shows on its page and in the basket before payment.

Six real ways to pay less

  • Free cancellation: many activities can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before (check the mention on the page). Book early, watch the price, and if it drops, cancel and book again.
  • Pay later: when the "reserve now, pay later" option is offered, it holds your place without tying up your money.
  • Compare with the official price: a monument or museum ticket is sometimes cheaper from the operator. See official or reseller for the Eiffel Tower and museum tickets.
  • Combined passes: from three sites, a pass can work out cheaper. See the pass comparison and our view of the Paris Museum Pass.
  • Free and reduced rates: several museums are free or discounted depending on age and residence. See the free museums.
  • Book early: the most sought-after skip-the-line slots (morning, weekends, Eiffel Tower) go first; booking early avoids falling back on a pricier guided tour.

What to avoid

  • Never enter your password or card on a "code generator" site.
  • Do not trust a crossed-out price: compare the final price per person.
  • Compare like with like: duration, group size, entry included or not.
