Set underground beneath the Trocadéro gardens, a short walk from the Eiffel Tower, the Aquarium de Paris (operated under the name Cinéaqua) is one of the largest aquariums in Europe. Across several underground levels, it houses tanks dedicated to French freshwater fish, tropical reefs, sharks, and a particularly photogenic jellyfish room.

Booking a time slot online is strongly recommended, as capacity can be reached on busy days. Prices (secondary source, to be reconfirmed on the official site cineaqua.com): around €26.50 full price on-site (usually a bit cheaper when booked online in advance), around €19 for children aged 3-12, free under 3. A Saturday evening nocturne session is also available.
How to get there
Metro "Trocadéro" (lines 6 and 9) or "Iéna" (line 9). The entrance sits within the Trocadéro gardens, on the Eiffel Tower side.
