Bercy Village (12th arrondissement) is open to all: shops open every day from 10am to 8pm, Sundays included, restaurants and bars until 2am; metro line 14, Cour Saint-Émilion station. Facing the François Mitterrand library and close to the Cinémathèque, it is a trendy bohemian-chic district where you can eat on a terrace before shopping or going to the cinema. Until 1960, the Bercy district was a wine market: the old wine warehouses of the Cour Saint-Emilion were restored and redeveloped in the late 1990s.

The UGC Ciné Cité Bercy cinema
Bercy Village's cinema is the second-largest in the Île-de-France region. With a wide selection of French and international films, it offers a pleasant setting.
The Frog
The Frog is a pub and tapas bar with a happy hour offering drinks for 5 euros, from 5pm to 8pm. The beers are craft-brewed on-site and the décor is warm and inviting.
Chai 33
The restaurant Chai 33 serves a gourmet brunch every Sunday. Upstairs, a cozy lounge awaits you for a drink with some background music. Don't forget to check out the wine cellars in the basement: there's something for every taste and every budget.
The artisan shops
At Bercy Village, you'll find boutiques you won't come across anywhere else, such as Oliviers & Co, known for its olive oils and other Mediterranean specialties; Dammann Frères, a must for tea lovers; and La Cure Gourmande for its handmade cookies and old-fashioned candies.

How to get there
The "Cour Saint Emilion" metro station (line 14) is in the heart of Bercy Village; line 14 sometimes closes for works, with replacement buses. Buses 24, 109 and 111 ("Terroirs de France" stop) and 64 ("Dijon-Lachambaudie" stop) also drop you nearby. If you come by car, a 3,000-space car park serves the site: leave the Boulevard Périphérique at the Porte de Bercy.
