Parc Georges-Brassens: Book Market, Vineyard, Beehives and Access
Parc Georges-Brassens is a park in the 15th arrondissement, in south-west Paris, named after the singer. Free entry. It is best known for its second-hand and antiquarian book market, open Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 6pm under the halls at 104 rue Brancion: about fifty specialist booksellers, established since 1987. The park also has a vineyard and an apiary. Allow one to two hours, preferably on a weekend.
Highlights

The park and its lawns
A landscaped park away from the tourist trail, used mostly by local residents: a good place for a quiet break.

The statue of Georges Brassens
The park is named after the singer, whose memory is marked by a statue.
The second-hand and antiquarian book market
Old books, comics, postcards and magazines to hunt through under the park's halls at the weekend, no booking needed.
The vineyard and the apiary
The park has a vineyard and an apiary; sources disagree on honey sales (one Saturday a month or the first Saturday of October), so ask on site.
