Go City Paris at a glance

Both Go City passes can be used for up to one year from purchase, and a pass you have not activated can be refunded within 90 days. The Explorer Pass does not list the Louvre: according to the comparison table on gocity.com, the Louvre, Arc de Triomphe and Notre-Dame towers are All-Inclusive only. Museum Pass prices were noted in October 2026 on the official site; see our Paris Museum Pass comparison.

Entry prices for a visitor from outside the European Economic Area, October 2026.

Result: the Museum Pass saves about €22 against single tickets; Go City costs about €57 more than single tickets, and you would have to recover that with the hop-on hop-off bus and other extras. For visitors who live in the EEA, the Louvre and several sites cost less at the door, so the Museum Pass saves less.

Who should buy which

  • Museum Pass: you plan three or more museums or monuments, such as the Louvre, Orsay, Sainte-Chapelle and Versailles.
  • Go City All-Inclusive: you stay 4 to 6 days, you will really use the bus, cruise and experiences, and you like having everything on one app.
  • Go City Explorer: you want 3 to 7 specific experiences (cruise, bus, tastings); check the usual price of each before paying, because the Louvre is not part of it.
  • Single tickets: you visit one or two sites, or mostly walk and see free places.
