Best experience for the price: Secret de Paris & Spa. In the Trinité area, between Saint-Lazare and Pigalle, it is a much-cited address for a jacuzzi in the room. The spa is open day and night, can be booked privately for an hour, and the hotel advertises a daytime "Moment Secret" offer: ask the hotel directly for times and rate.
The most luxurious: Paris j'Adore. In the 17th, away from the crowds, a 5-star with a spa you can book privately. The jacuzzi is not in every room and is sometimes shared in the spa area: confirm before booking.
