Musée Albert-Kahn: Gardens, Tickets, Opening Hours and Access
The Musée départemental Albert-Kahn (2 rue du Port, Boulogne-Billancourt) combines a museum with nearly four hectares of gardens in a range of styles: a Japanese garden, a Vosges forest, a French-style garden. It holds the Archives of the Planet, a collection of autochromes and films assembled between 1909 and 1931 by the banker and philanthropist Albert Kahn (1860-1940), about 72,000 colour photographs in all. One ticket covers both the museum and the garden.
Highlights

The Japanese garden
Cherry trees and magnolias bloom here in spring. The rules ask visitors to stay on the paths and not to pick the flowers.

The museum and the Archives of the Planet
The renovated museum building, designed by Kengo Kuma, presents photographs and films from Albert Kahn's collection. The exhibition "Choisir la paix. Le combat d'Albert Kahn" is announced from 13 October 2026 to 13 June 2027.

The Palmarium
This glasshouse completes the estate's various gardens, which you visit on the same ticket as the museum.
