Musée Maillol

On rue de Grenelle, the Musée Maillol brings together sculptures, paintings and drawings by Aristide Maillol. Founded by Dina Vierny and opened in 1995, it explores the different stages of his work. This museum in the 7th arrondissement combines its collection and temporary exhibitions in a single ticket.

The galleries allow comparisons between the silhouettes, gestures and volumes explored by Maillol. Take time to view the sculptures from several sides and observe their balance.

The torso of Méditerranée

This bronze focuses attention on the shoulders and modelling of the torso. The close view shows how light reveals the sculpture’s surfaces.

For the Gianni Versace exhibition, admission costs €19.90 on weekdays and €21.90 at weekends; reduced tickets cost €15.90 or €17.90 (prices checked in September 2026). Children under six enter free. Book a time slot online to visit the collection and exhibition with the same ticket. Pushchairs must stay in the cloakroom; bring a front baby carrier.
