Eugène-Delacroix National Museum

In Saint-Germain-des-Prés, the Delacroix museum occupies the painter’s last apartment and studio. Eugène Delacroix lived here from late 1857 until his death in 1863. Paintings, drawings and letters illuminate his work in this 6th-arrondissement home, which includes a garden.

Tips

Admission costs €9 (prices checked in September 2026). It is free for under-18s, EEA residents or citizens aged 18–25, and everyone on the first Sunday of the month. A Louvre ticket also admits you to Delacroix on the day of your Louvre visit or the following opening day. Book a time slot and bring proof of eligibility for free admission.
