Along quai Saint-Bernard, between the Pont de Sully and the Pont d’Austerlitz, the Jardin Tino-Rossi has hosted the Open-Air Sculpture Museum since 1980. Sculptures from the second half of the 20th century line the walk, with works by Brancusi, César, Ipoustéguy, Rougemont, Schöffer, Stahly and Zadkine. Access is free at any time, on the banks of the Seine. The garden extends a visit to the Jardin des Plantes, in the fifth arrondissement.

The walk along the Seine
The garden stretches along the lower quays, among plane trees and weeping willows. To the west, the view runs towards the Île Saint-Louis and Notre-Dame. The sculptures stand along the paths and lawns.
The riverside amphitheatres
Semicircular steps lead down to the water near the Pont de Sully. Sit here to watch the boats go by, facing the quays of the Île Saint-Louis.
The garden from the Seine
From a boat you can take in the length of the garden, backing onto the Jussieu campus. Its paths combine works of art, trees and play areas.

Tips
Access is free and needs no booking. For safety, the garden closes in strong winds or bad weather. Enter at the Pont de Sully or from place Valhubert, near the Gare d’Austerlitz. The garden also has a playground, table tennis tables and drinking fountains.
